TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN - THIS AUTHORITY RELATES TO THE ABOVE - DETAILED PRODUCT(S) AND ANY & ALL OTHER CREDIT AGREEMENTS HELD WITH YOUR ORGANISATION
I/We authorise Ashley Howard a trading style of Hampson Jones Limited to act on My/Our behalf in respect of obtaining a Data Subject Access Request from My/Our Dealer/Lender in relation to the above/detailed account(s). I/We hereby authorise the extension of this Authority to any account(s) and insurance policies not specifically referenced. I/We understand the extent and level of information and documentation that might be provided to Ashley Howard (this being any and all information relevant to My/Our Credit Agreement(s) and insurance policy/policies, including transactional data). I/We further authorise and request that you release to Ashley Howard any information, as requested, pursuant to Chapter 3, S.45 of the Data Protection Act. I/We confirm that I/We have expressly consented that the Data Subject Access Request response and all other communication relating to this matter is made directly to Ashley Howard, which will then be forwarded to Me/Us. A copy of this Letter of Authority will have the same validity as the original.
